Aaron Tang (@AaronTangLaw) is Acting Professor of Law at the University of California, Davis. A former law clerk to Associate Justice Sonia Sotomayor at the Supreme Court of the United States, his research focuses on constitutional law, education law, and labor law. His 2018 Article, Rethinking Political Power in Judicial Review, won the Association of American Law Schools' Scholarly Papers Competition.
