Daniel B. Rodriguez

Daniel B. Rodriguez is the Harold Washington Professor at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law.  From 2012 to 2018, he served as dean of the law school.  He has previously taught at the University of Texas and the University of California at Berkeley law schools and also served as dean of the law school at the University of San Diego.  In the spring of 2019, Professor Rodriguez was the Louis Brandeis Visiting Professor at Harvard Law School.  He writes and teaches in the areas of administrative law, state and federal constitutional law, property, and law and technology. He has served as the president of the Association of American Law Schools and the chair of the ABA Center for Innovation.
