Nick Barber is Professor of Constitutional Law and Theory at Oxford University, and a Fellow of Trinity College, Oxford. His most recent book, The Principles of Constitutionalism was published by Oxford University Press in Summer 2018, and examines the principles that should guide the structuring of constitutions. Alongside Richard Ekins, he is co-director of The Programme for the Foundations of Constitutional Law and Government in the Oxford Law Faculty.
